Welcome to my blog. I am from Somerset, KY, and I currently teach third grade at Nancy Elementary School in Pulaski County. I am finishing up my sixth year teaching. My husband is a seventh grade social studies teacher, and we have a 14 month old son, Jaxon, who is walking everywhere!
I am working on finishing up my Rank I this summer, and between that and Jaxon, there is no free time. Besides taking a nap, if I had any free time, I would read, swim, or do anything outdoors!
Amanda, you can certainly kill two birds with one stone by reading some of your picture book selections to Jaxon (he doesn't have to understand them yet!) Good luck!
